Here you will find an overview of how to use all areas of Kaufsmart24.
1. Search & Home page
Use the search field at the top to search directly for a product (e.g. "Milk", "Rice").
On the home page you see an overview of the stores near you.
Use the sort menu to order stores by Newest, Alphabetical, or Nearest.
2. Activate location
When you open a category or store page, you will be asked whether you want to activate your location.
With location activated, Kaufsmart24 automatically shows you the nearest stores and products first.
You can decline the request at any time; the basic features remain usable regardless.
3. Categories & Stores
Via "Categories" in the top menu you can directly select a product category (e.g. beverages, dairy products).
Via "Stores" in the menu you see a list of all active stores and can jump directly to their page.
On each category page you can sort products alphabetically, by nearest, cheapest, or most expensive price.
4. Store page
Each store page shows the address, contact details (phone, landline, fax, email, website) and opening hours.
Below that you find all current offers and products of this store.
5. Customer account
Via "Login / Register" at the top right you can register as a customer.
After registering you can log in at any time with your email and password.
Under "My Account" you can update your phone number and your billing and delivery address at any time.
For security reasons, name and email can only be changed by Kaufsmart24 support.
6. Merchant registration
Via "Login / Register" → "Register a new store" you can register your store.
Required: company name, address, mobile number, landline number, fax number, email, opening days and hours, plus an uploaded business registration document.
After registration our team reviews your details; once your store is approved, you can log in.
7. Merchant Dashboard
After logging in, you are taken directly to your dashboard.
There you can add new products with name, category, old and new price and an image — the discount is calculated automatically.
You can edit or delete existing products at any time.
Via "View my store" you can see your store page exactly as customers see it.

Find stores near you?
Activate your location so we can show you the nearest stores and discounted products. To determine your city name, the coordinates are sent to an external service (OpenStreetMap).
